双碳目标下山西晋中村庄路域更新规划理论及路径研究——以横水村为例

山西乡域面积广大,村庄建设对实现国家碳达峰与碳中和战略起到关键作用.山西作为国家煤炭能源基地和典型高碳经济省份,长期以来经济社会、生态环境压力巨大,践行"双碳"目标是我省经济可持续发展的必由之路.道路基础设施是我国连接城乡社会经济发展和城乡建设的关键纽带,是我国实现乡村振兴进程的重要载体.山西地貌以山地丘陵为主,因此村庄的更新和完善对促进农村社会经济和文化发展会存在非常重要的支撑.文章选取山西省典型地区晋城市陵川县进行综合分析,以横水村为代表案例验证策略应用的可行性,通过对路网的合理布局和规划、道路工程规划、景观绿化设计、运营和维护管理等方面着手,旨在创造绿色安全、舒适美丽的村庄环境,实现高质量道路基础设施建设,发展道路全生命周期的节能减碳目标.
Study on the Theory and Path of Road Area Renewal Planning for Jinzhong Village in Shanxi Province under the"Dual-carbon"Goal——Taking Hengshui Village as an Example
Shanxi has a vast rural area,and village construction plays a key role in achieving the national carbon peak and carbon neutral strategy.Shanxi,as a national coal energy base and a typical high carbon economy province,has been under tremendous economic,social,and ecological environmental pressure for a long time.Practicing the"dual carbon"goal is the only way for the sustainable development of our province's economy.Road infrastructure is a key link between urban and rural socio-economic development and urban and rural construction in China,and is an important carrier for realizing the process of rural revitalization in China.The landform of Shanxi is mainly mountainous and hilly,so the renewal and improvement of villages will provide very important support for promoting the socio-economic and cultural development of rural areas.This article selects Lingchuan County,Jincheng City,a typical area in Shanxi Province,for comprehensive analysis,and takes Hengshui Village as a representative case to verify the feasibility of strategy application.Through the rational layout and planning of road network,road engineering planning,landscape greening design,operation,and maintenance management,it aims to create a green,safe,comfortable,and beautiful village environment,achieve high-quality road infrastructure construction,and develop energy conservation and carbon reduction targets for the entire life cycle of the road.
