Research on Urban Renewal Strategy Based on Park City——Taking the Comprehensive Renewal Project of Huaxing Street Block in Jinjiang District of Chengdu as an Example
The urban development model has changed from increment to inward development in the increment of stock.Therefore,the practice of urban renewal will become the main form of the new urban development model.Taking the comprehensive renewal project of Huaxing Street block in Jinjiang District of Chengdu as an example,this paper discusses the urban renewal strategy of Chengdu from the perspective of the problems faced by urban renewal under the background of park city,and puts forward the application,which includes that urban stitching should connect mountains and rivers,cultural inheritance should be intertwined with themes,and facility updates should stimulate vitality.
