Application and Optimization Strategies of BIM in Production Technology Management of Prefabricated Component Factory
The purpose of this study is to explore the application and optimization strategy of BIM technology in the production technology management of assembled component factory,especially in the design stage,production stage,construction stage and integration with other technologies.By consulting relevant literature,the basic principle and application scope of BIM technology are analyzed in detail,and the influence of BIM technology on improving design efficiency,design accuracy,production efficiency,component quality,construction accuracy and speed is emphasized.In addition,it also discusses how BIM technology can be integrated with other technologies(such as GIS,IoT,etc.)to form an intelligent production management system.The conclusion shows that by making full use of and optimizing BIM technology,the assembly component factory can significantly improve production efficiency and quality,reduce production costs and improve competitiveness.
