摘要

文章研究了基于BIM技术的绿色建筑工程施工优化与效率提升,从土方工程、主体工程、机电工程等方面出发,分析了BIM技术在一般绿色建筑施工中的应用要点,同时着重强调了装配式建筑的绿色环保性能,针对预制构件生产、预制构件运输、现场吊装施工等环节进行优化,为不同类型绿色建筑施工探索合适的BIM技术应用方法.

Abstract

The paper studies the construction optimization and efficiency improvement of green building engineering based on BIM technology,analyzes the application points of BIM technology in general green building construction from the aspects of earthwork,main works,electromechanical engineering,etc.,and emphasizes the green environmental protection performance of prefabricated building.It optimizes the prefabricated component production,prefabricated component transportation,on-site lifting construction and other links,and explores suitable BIM technology application methods for different types of green building construction.
