摘要

文章研究了智能化技术在电站检修中的应用,在明确智能技术应用必要性的基础上,首先分析了智能巡检系统的总体方案设计、具体设备监控、数据传输应用等主要环节,然后强调了远程诊断检修、智能学习自修、数字孪生大修等技术应用要点,有利于改变传统电站检修模式,加快电站运维管理的智能化转型,提高电站关键业务能力,实现更好的综合效益.

Abstract

This paper studies the application of intelligent technology in power station maintenance.On the basis of clarifying the necessity of intelligent technology application,it first analyzes the overall scheme design,specific equipment monitoring,data transmission application and other main links of the intelligent inspection system,and then emphasizes the key application points of remote diagnosis and repair,intelligent learning and self-repair,digital twin overhaul and other technologies,which is conducive to changing the traditional power plant maintenance mode,accelerating the intelligent transformation of power station operation and maintenance management,improving the key business capabilities of the power station,and achieving better comprehensive benefits.
