混凝土空心板桥刚接拼宽设计及荷载试验

桥梁拼宽技术能有效提高既有桥梁的通行能力,已经在桥梁改造中得到广泛应用。为改善混凝土空心板拼宽桥梁的横向连接性能,文章结合实际工程背景,提出采用刚性连接构造替代铰缝连接,并对刚接空心板进行了优化设计。通过现场荷载试验对拼宽桥梁的整体受力性能进行了评估。结果表明:采用刚性连接桥梁横向联系可靠,可以避免铰缝连接后期的病害,拼宽后桥梁整体承载力和刚度满足设计荷载的要求。研究结果可为桥梁拼宽设计提供参考。
Rigid Connection Widening Design and Load Test of Concrete Hollow Slab Bridge
Bridge widening technology can effectively improve the traffic capacity of existing bridges and has been widely used in bridge reconstruction.In order to improve the transverse connection performance of the concrete hollow slab widening bridge,this article proposes to use rigid connection structure instead of hinge joint connection based on actual engineering background,and optimizes the design of rigid connected hollow slab.The overall mechanical performance of the widened bridge is evaluated through the field load test.The results show that the transverse connection of the rigid connection bridge is reliable and can avoid the diseases in the later stage of hinge joint connection.The overall bearing capacity and stiffness of the widened bridge meet the requirements of the design load.The research results can provide reference for bridge widening design.
