Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Smart Community——A Case Study of Chengdong District,Xining City
As the most basic unit of the national governance system,the community is the basic carrier of various social forces and social resources,and it is also the specific presentation and main space of social development and social governance.China's urban communities have initially built a pattern of co-construction,governance and sharing,but there are still many problems in the intelligent management of communities.From the perspective of local governance practice,there are some problems in the process of governance,such as the imperfect new system of community management,information island,poor comprehensive quality of personnel,deviation of management concept,excessive government intervention,and little social participation.In this regard,this paper focuses on the three levels of party building,government and science and technology,focuses on the existing problems in the current practice of community governance reform in Xining City,Qinghai Province,and puts forward countermeasures suitable for community governance in Chengdong District of Xining City to further improve the effect of community governance in Xining City.
