In order to improve the utilization rate of intelligent buildings and green buildings,combined with the requirements of Regulations on Green Buildings in Henan Province,this paper summarizes the analysis of the development status of green buildings in Henan Province,and puts forward the development countermeasures of green buildings in Henan Province based on BIM technology.By using BIM technology,it can promote the change of green building construction mode,reduce the utilization rate of resources,build a harmonious society between man and nature,improve the quality of projects and promote the coordinated development of people and the environment.
