Research on"Double Evaluation"in the Overall Planning of County-level Territorial Spatial
"Double evaluation"is the key work of spatial layout and planning in the background of China's territorial space planning,and it is also the precondition of the planning,and the work of"double evaluation"runs through all levels of territorial space planning.The county-level administrative unit is the guarantee and foundation of the implementation of all the work in our country.In the"Five-level"system,the county-level territorial space master plan is the core of the county(city)to implement the National Development Strategy.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and practical challenges of county-level dual evaluation,this paper studies the application of county-level dual evaluation,and concludes that county-level dual evaluation should undertake the resource constraints of city-level and refine the evaluation indexes,and determine the elements of development and spatial patterns downwards.
