Exploration on the Safety Design Strategy of Street Space from the Perspective of Age-friendly Style——Taking the Old City Area of Beijing as an Example
In urban planning and urban design,in order to ensure the safety of the elderly,this paper establishes a space safety evaluation system with the elderly as its core based on the existing literature and policies,which mainly includes psychological safety,defense safety,recreation and communication safety and traffic safety,and it will identify and evaluate the spatial safety status of Beijing's old urban area.The paper chooses Dazhalan living block for empirical research,and uses the empowerment safety evaluation model of entropy weight method as the basic framework for measurement and comparison.On this basis,it further explains and explores the strategies to promote street space safety design and response.
