摘要
"智慧城市"概念自提出以来便成为解决城市化发展问题的新方向,相较于对新区开发的重点关注,老城区被关注得较少,特别是针对历史文化街区的"智慧化"更新.文章选择重庆磁器口历史街区为样本,从街区各个方面对其进行剖析,进而研讨出历史文化街区空间结构梳理、空间场所营造、建筑更新数字化、智慧街区系统平台搭建等"智慧化"的更新策略.
Abstract
Since its introduction,the concept of"smart city"has become a new direction to solve the problem of urbanization development.Compared with the focus on the development of new areas,the old city has been paid less attention,especially for the"intelligent"renewal of historical and cultural districts.This paper selects Chongqing Ciqikou Historic District as a sample,analyzes it from all aspects of the block,and then discusses the"intelligent"update strategies of historical and cultural blocks,such as spatial structure combing,spatial place construction,building renewal digitalization,and smart block system platform construction.
