This paper mainly focuses on the important and difficult points of a large-scale complex project in Beijing.The application of BIM technology in the actual situation of the project can effectively ensure the progress and quality of the project.Combined with the construction process of a large-scale complex project in Beijing,the implementation and resistance of BIM technology application is summarized and analyzed,and the feasibility application path is proposed.
