This paper deeply discusses the application of energy-saving and green environmental protection technology in municipal engineering construction.First of all,the article makes a detailed analysis of the construction control strategy,and emphasizes the scientific allocation of resources and careful consideration of the environment.Through scientific construction control plan,it reveals how to use land resources more efficiently and reduce the interference to it.Secondly,the article focuses on the improvement of construction technology,especially the innovative technology in asphalt concrete pavement construction,such as the use of rubber-modified asphalt materials,which not only improves the utilization rate of waste tires,but also improves the quality of roads.Finally,this paper also discusses the green selection of construction materials,and emphasizes the importance of high performance concrete and its benefits in saving resources and improving construction efficiency.
