Standing under the background of the new era,this paper takes the design of green building and HVAC in China as the main research object,firstly analyzes the related concepts of smart city and green building,and then expounds the design principles of green building and HVAC in the smart city construction,and finally analyzes and researches various technologies applied in the actual design process.The purpose is to provide certain references for the daily work of relevant technical personnel and construction personnel,and promote the smooth operation and sustainable and healthy development of smart city construction in China while enhancing the functionality of China's green buildings and HVAC.
