This article introduces the background of urban lifeline construction,operation monitoring system architecture,and system design requirements.Taking the Water Supply Safety Monitoring Project of Tianchang City Urban Lifeline Engineering(Phase I)as an example,it provides a detailed introduction to the design of the urban lifeline safety operation monitoring system.
