双碳目标下河北省新型智慧城市建设研究

摘要
面对当今碳达峰与碳中和"双碳"工作新要求,作为京津冀生态协同圈的腹地,河北省尤为注重新型智慧城市建设.鉴于此,文章分析了在双碳目标下河北省新型智慧城市建设在城市治理、城市化过程和信息科技发展的条件下,向新型智慧城市过渡的必要性,并对智慧城市建设的政策体系、技术成果和应用领域的发展现状进行了分析研究.
Abstract
In the face of the new requirements of"dual-carbon"work of carbon peak and carbon neutral,as the hinterland of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological coordination circle,Hebei Province pays special attention to the construction of a new-type smart city.In view of this,this paper analyzes the necessity of the new smart city construction in Hebei Province to transition to a new smart city under the conditions of urban governance,urbanization process and information technology development under the dual-carbon goal,and analyzes and researches the development status of the policy system,technological achievements and application fields of smart city construction.
