Exploration of the Digital Governance Logic of Territorial Space under Digital Transformation
This paper primarily investigates the digital governance logic of territorial space under digital transformation.Firstly,the article delves into the changes brought about by digital transformation to the informatization architecture,analyzes the limitations of the traditional informatization framework,and puts forward the core of digital transformation of territorial space governance and the three major shifts in the"data—logic—scenario"structure.Subsequently,the paper deeply studies the basic logical framework of digital governance of territorial space,including the basic logical framework of the modernization of the national governance systems and governance capabilities,the three essential elements of the governance system,and the relationship between territorial space governance and digital governance.Lastly,this study constructs a framework for digital governance of territorial space,and respectively discusses the necessity of establishing a digital territory and digital organization,the role of the digital empowerment core engine,and the value of the two scenarios of whole-process intelligent governance and collaborative intelligence linkage scenarios from three dimensions:logic layer,capability layer and value layer.
