Research on Risk Management of Municipal Road Engineering Based on PPP Model
The PPP model is mainly characterized by government leadership and private sector participation,which plays a role in expanding financing channels for public construction projects,regulating the financial market,and also assists in solving the prominent contradiction of insufficient funding for government construction projects.The article studies the practical problems exposed in PPP mode project construction,such as unclear ownership of business rights,intensified vicious competition,and intensified project risk management.It points out that there are policy risks,complex financing,lack of standardized management processes,and high difficulty in cost management in municipal road engineering.Based on the current situation,the article analyzes the existing problems and proposes that in the risk management of municipal road projects,the legal and regulatory system under PPP financing mode should be improved,the supervision and management system under PPP mode should be improved,the preliminary preparation and reserve work under PPP mode should be strengthened,and the advantages of government support policies should be utilized to explore more suitable risk management strategies for municipal road engineering under PPP mode.
