Discussion on the Transmission System and Implementation Mechanism of Land Spatial Planning
The article takes the construction of the national land spatial planning system in the context of the new era and new situation as the background,and takes the transmission system of land spatial planning at city and county level as the research subject.It tries to explore the construction ideas and implementation strategies of the transmission system of the land spatial planning at the city and county level in the new era from the optimization of the organizational structure and the implementation of the guarantee mechanism and the implementation path.There are two communication levels of county and city level land spatial planning,one is the joint planning of central city and new city,and the other is the common three-level planning mode.The guarantee mechanism of implementation path is proposed for the implementation mechanism of the transmission system of city and county level land planning.
