Abstract
This article analyzes the important role of the new basic surveying and mapping system in smart city construction projects,and focuses on the practical path of the new basic surveying and mapping,including building a spatiotemporal information cloud platform,providing spatial base data,and constructing real-life 3D scenes.It aims to fully leverage the advantages of new basic surveying and mapping,create high-quality smart city construction projects,and successfully build a new generation of smart cities.
