老宅正以一种折中的方式在乡镇近代建筑修缮改造的夹缝中尴尬生存[1].文章主要以贵州安顺近代建筑——戴氏老宅为研究对象,立足于老宅修缮设计项目,以实际改造现象分析研究其设计依据,并结合改造后的建筑功能进行剖析,而将所蕴藏的建筑功能价值加以释放,使老宅在新的社会环境中重获新生[2],以此为更多的近代建筑修缮改造工作提供理论支持.
Abstract
The old houses are living awkwardly in the cracks of modern building repair and renovation in rural areas in a compromise way.This article mainly takes Dai's Old House,a modern architecture in Anshun,Guizhou,as the research object.Based on the renovation and design project of the old house,it analyzes and studies the design basis based on the actual transformation phenomenon,and analyzes the architectural function after the transformation.By releasing the hidden architectural function value,the old house can be reborn in the new social environment,providing theoretical support for more modern architectural renovation and transformation work.
