城市更新语境下街区更新改造策略研究——以成都玉林东路为例
Study on Strategy of Block Renewal and Reconstruction in the Context of Urban Renewal——A Case Study of Yulin East Road in Chengdu

文章以成都玉林东路街区的更新为例,对玉林东路街区进行实地和网上调查研究,发现在街道绿化、后期协调管理以及公共空间营造等上都存在一定的问题.基于对这些问题的分析,提出了优化街道空间形态、协调街区环境、再塑文化场所精神等可行性措施,旨在为成都街区的更新改造提供参考.
Abstract
Taking the renewal of Yulin East Road block in Chengdu as an example,this paper conducts field and online investigation and research on Yulin East Road block.It is found that there are some problems in street greening,post-coordination management and public space construction.Based on the analysis of these problems,the paper puts forward some feasible measures,such as optimizing the spatial form of streets,coordinating the block environment,and re-shaping the spirit of cultural places,in order to provide reference for the renovation of Chengdu blocks.
