摘要

文章通过研究分析大量的文献资料,对传统进度管理的理论、方法等内容做出概述,在此基础上论述了BIM技术应用在进度管理方面的相关理论,并通过对BIM技术下进度计划的编制、控制两方面内容进行分析,阐述了BIM技术的引入打破了传统进度管理的局限性和不足,为后续相关研究提供参考.

Abstract

Through the research and analysis of a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the contents of the theories and methods of traditional progress management.Based on this,it discusses the relevant theories of progress management under BIM technology.Moreover,through the analysis of the preparation and control of progress plans under BIM technology,it expounds that the introduction of BIM technology breaks the limitations and deficiencies of traditional progress management,which provides reference for the subsequent relevant research.
