摘要

机库网架结构工艺要求具有大跨度、大门一边无支撑点的特点,目前较成熟的结构方案是大门桁架结合平板网架.文章依托某配备智能维修系统的大门跨度156m的实际工程,对比研究了四种三层网架的竖向位移、经济性等参数,为大跨度维修机库屋盖结构设计提供选型参考.

Abstract

Due to the technical requirements,the grid structure of the hangar has the characteristics of large span and no support point on one side of the gate.At present,the relatively mature structural type is the combination of gate side truss and flat grid.Based on the actual project of a gate span of 156m equipped with an intelligent maintenance system,this paper compares and studies the vertical displacement,economy and other parameters of four different types of three-layer flat grid,which provides selection reference for the structure design of large-span maintenance hangar roof.
