基于绿色建筑技术的传统村落风热环境改造研究——以赣南卢屋村选区为例

摘要
人体舒适度受住区内风热环境的影响较大,如何将绿色建筑技术与乡村振兴环境建设相结合来改善传统村落的风热环境成为当下热点问题.本课题以赣南传统村落卢屋村为研究对象,采用Thsware绿色技术软件,对研究区域住区热环境、室内外风环境以及室内热舒适三个要素进行模拟分析,总结现状问题.同时以宜居、绿色为出发点,从村落下垫面设计、建筑围护结构以及基于Grasshopper的参数化策略理论方面入手,改善选区内室外环境和室内热舒适,为赣南传统村落风热环境的优化设计提出改造策略,为其他传统村落的风热环境质量建设提供参考.
Abstract
The human comfort level is greatly affected by the wind and heat environment in the residence area.How to combine green building technology with rural revitalization environment construction to improve the wind and heat environment of traditional villages has become a hot issue at present.This topic takes Luwu Village,a traditional village in southern Jiangxi Province,as the research object,and adopts Thsware green technology software to simulate and analyze the three elements of the residential thermal environment,indoor and outdoor air environment and indoor thermal comfort in the research area,and summarizes the current situation.At the same time,taking livability and green as the starting point,starting from the design of village underlying surfaces,building envelope structures,and parameterized strategy theory based on Grasshopper,this paper improves the outdoor environment and indoor hot comfort in the electoral district,and proposes transformation strategies for the optimal design of the wind and thermal environment in traditional villages in southern Jiangxi Province,and provides references for the construction of wind and thermal environment quality in other traditional villages.
