摘要

当前,较多工程设计中的隔声外窗选型主要通过类比法确定,存在难以适应复杂多变的项目环境、数据过时或不精确、经济性差等不足.因此,文章以某商业办公建筑外窗选型为例,采用绿建斯维尔SEDU软件进行建筑环境噪声模拟计算,评估位于交通干线两侧区域内的建筑的环境噪声,然后采用INSUL隔声预测软件进行窗构件隔声性能模拟计算,定量比较不同层数、不同厚度、不同气体空腔厚度的玻璃构造的隔声量差异,同时,结合外窗的热工性能,最终实现适用、经济、合理的外窗选型.

Abstract

Currently,the selection of soundproof exterior windows in many engineering designs is mainly determined by analogy,with shortcomings such as difficulty in adapting to complex and volatile project environments,outdated or inaccurate data,and poor economy.Therefore,taking the selection of exterior windows of a commercial office building as an example,the Green Building GBSWARE SEDU software is used to simulate and calculate the building environmental noise,evaluate the environmental noise of buildings located in the areas on both sides of the traffic trunk line,and then the INSUL sound insulation prediction software is used to simulate and calculate the sound insulation performance of window components,quantitatively comparing the differences in the sound insulation amount of glass structures with different layers,different thicknesses,and different gas cavity thicknesses.At the same time,combined with the thermal performance of the outer window,it is ultimately possible to achieve a suitable,economical,and reasonable selection of the outer window.
