摘要
随着智慧城市的概念及高新科技的不断发展,世界各国也在积极开展智慧城市的建设.韩国的信息通信技术水平及信息化发展指数均位居世界前列,因此,韩国智慧城市的发展也在基础设施扩建以及平台自主研发等方面取得了许多成果.通过梳理韩国智慧城市发展过程及具体状况,可以为我国智慧城市的建设及发展提供可借鉴的经验与启示.
Abstract
With the continuous development of the concept of smart city and high technology,countries around the world are also actively developing the construction of smart city.The information and communication technology level and informatization development index of the Republic of Korea are all ranking in the forefront of the world.Therefore,the development of smart city in the Republic of Korea has also achieved lots of achievements in the aspects of infrastructure expansion and platform self-research and development.By combing the development process and detailed situations of smart cities in Republic of Korea,this paper can provide referential experience and enlightenment for the construction and development of smart city in China.
