文章以济南孙村次中心(孙村、两河片区)为例,首先探讨了产城融合型次中心发展的内涵特点与发展历程.其次,在问题和目标导向下,通过对济南孙村次中心(孙村、两河片区)的现状、上版控规实施评估、地区发展动态等分析,提出控规编制的规划策略.最后,介绍了济南孙村次中心(孙村、两河片区)的控规编制规划策略,希望为未来产城融合型次中心控规编制提供一些借鉴和帮助.
Abstract
Taking Suncun Subcenter(Suncun and Lianghe area)in Jinan as an example,firstly,this article introduces the connotation characteristics and development process of the development of industry and urban integration for subcenters.Next,guided by issues and goals,through analysis of present situation of Jinan Suncun Sub-center(Suncun and Lianghe area),implementation evaluation of the previous regulatory plan,regional development trends and so on,this article puts forward the planning strategy of regulatory plan.Lastly,this article introduces the planning strategy of regulatory plan for Suncun Subcenter(Suncun and Lianghe area)in Jinan,hoping to provide some reference and help for the regulatory plan of the future industry and urban integration subcenters.
