我国提出了一种以建筑信息模型(BIM)为底层逻辑,结合地理信息系统(GIS)与物联网(IoT)技术搭建新型智慧城市管理平台——"城市信息模型(CIM)",以及相关平台的建设方案"BIM/CIM"概念.文章通过对相关概念和技术的梳理,探讨了BIM/CIM技术发展和推广的可行性,以及针对这一技术发展的关键问题,提出一种基于BIM/CIM的精细化管理的创新模式,为我国城市化进程和信息化水平提升提出解决思路.
Abstract
China proposes to build a new smart city management platform called"City Information Model(CIM)"based on Building Information Model(BIM)as the underlying logic,combined with Geographic Information System(GIS)and Internet of Things(IoT)technology,and the concept of"BIM/CIM"for the construction schemes of related platforms.This article explores the feasibility of the development and promotion of BIM/CIM technology by reviewing relevant concepts and technologies,proposes a refined management innovation model based on BIM/CIM to address the key issues of this technology development,and proposes solutions for China's urbanization process and the improvement of information technology level.
