摘要
市政工程信息化施工管理涉及多个目标,基于BIM技术的工程管理模式日益成熟,有利于实现多方信息协同共享,优化信息化、智能化管理效果.文章研究了BIM技术在市政工程信息化施工管理中的应用,在明确主要管理目标和BIM应用优势的基础上,从施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工成本管理、施工安全管理等方面出发,分析了BIM技术在信息化施工管理中的应用要点,以及对把控工程质量、缩短施工工期、减少成本浪费、降低安全风险等的管理作用,为施工过程的顺利进行提供保障.
Abstract
The informatization construction management of municipal engineering involves multiple objectives,and the engineering management model based on BIM technology is becoming increasingly mature,which is conducive to achieving multi-party information collaboration and sharing,and optimizing the effectiveness of informatization and intelligent management.The paper studies the application of BIM technology in informatization construction management of municipal engineering.Based on clarifying the main management objectives and advantages of BIM application,starting from construction quality management,construction schedule management,construction cost management,construction safety management,etc.,it analyzes the application points of BIM technology in informatization construction management,as well as the management role of BIM technology in controlling project quality,shortening construction period,reducing cost waste and reducing safety risks,which provides guarantee for the smooth construction process.
