摘要
为提升地下综合管廊项目的运维管理水平,搭建以BIM+GIS为基础的智慧运维管理平台,并对该平台在地下综合管廊项目中的运用进行分析,介绍BIM与GIS,及二者融合的意义,分析基于BIM+GIS的智慧化运维管理平台的构建特点,并将该平台应用于实际之中.阐述运用智慧化运维管理平台,来实现真正意义上的可视化、三维化综合管廊的运维管理,以提升管廊项目运维管理效率与质量水平.
Abstract
In order to improve the operation and maintenance management level of underground comprehensive pipe gallery project,this paper builds a smart operation and maintenance management platform based on BIM+GIS,analyzes the application of this platform in underground comprehensive pipe gallery projects,introduces BIM and GIS and the significance of their integration respectively,analyzes the construction characteristics of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform based on BIM+ GIS,and applies the platform in practice.This paper describes the use of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform to realize the real sense of visual,three-dimensional comprehensive operation and maintenance management of pipe corridor,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance management of pipe corridor projects.
