This paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures from the perspective of construction project bidding management informatization under the background of big data.In the aspect of data quality,it is suggested to strengthen the data cleaning and standardize the data acquisition process.In respect of the lack of data analysis skills,it is recommended to increase the number of data analysts and provide professional training;In the aspect that it is difficult to integrate different systems,it is suggested to use API for system integration and establish a unified data exchange platform;In terms of data security risks,it is recommended to strengthen data protection and standardize data access rights.
