公路养护是维护道路使用性能、延长道路使用寿命的重要基础性措施,加强养护项目管理信息化建设,有利于发挥信息技术应用优势,实现规范化、精细化、便捷化的管理效果.文章研究了公路养护项目管理信息化建设,在明确发展趋势和客观规律的基础上,从总体思路、技术方案、功能分析、关键技术、综合效益等方面出发,分析了信息化管理平台的建设要点,充分整合养护资源,提高数据利用率,改善工作质量和效率,创造更好的经济效益和社会效益.
Abstract
Highway maintenance is an important fundamental measure to maintain road performance and extend road service life.Strengthening the informatization construction of maintenance project management is conducive to leveraging the advantages of information technology application and achieving standardized,refined,and convenient management effects.The paper studies the informatization construction of highway maintenance project management.Based on a clear development trend and objective laws,starting from the overall idea,technical scheme,functional analysis,key technologies,comprehensive benefits,and other aspects,it analyzes the key points of the informatization management platform construction,so as to fully integrate maintenance resources,improve data utilization,improve work quality and efficiency,and create better economic and social benefits.
