Research on Intelligent Video Monitoring,Alarm Method of Crawler Truck Based on Machine Vision
In order to give full play to the higher efficiency and value of crawler truck,machine vision is introduced,and the design and research of intelligent video surveillance and alarm method of crawler truck is carried out.According to the field working environment and work requirements of the transport vehicle,the CCD industrial camera is selected to determine the video data to be collected,and the crawler transport vehicle based on machine vision is designed for intelligent video acquisition;The integrated machine vision intelligent video analysis module of rear track transport vehicle is used to filter the interference information of surveillance video;The edge operator is introduced to automatically identify the key information in the video,so as to identify different objects,and realize the extraction of value information in the video source and the accident site location and early warning.The experimental results show that in the practical application,the design method can meet the requirements of intelligent video monitoring alarm of the transport vehicle,and the alarm has strong immediacy.
