Analysis of Standardization Efforts in Natural Resource and Land Spatial Planning in a New Environment
This article conducts an in-depth examination on critical issues and implementation strategies concerning the standardization of natural resource management and land spatial planning in a new environment.Firstly,it analyzes the shortcomings in current natural resource management,including the imbalance and inadequacy of standard supply and demand,low levels of international standardization,and a weakening of natural resource utilization rate.To address these issues,implementation strategies are proposed,such as strengthening the implementation of standard systems,enhancing international standardization levels,strengthening the basic capacity building of standardization,and implementing rights registration of natural resource assets.These strategies aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of natural resource management and land spatial planning,and promote the rational utilization of resources and sustainable development.
