文章详细论述了国土空间规划的总体要求以及GIS技术在国土空间规划中的功能与作用,指出了GIS技术可强化国土空间资源管理,提供国土空间规划可视化分析,为国土空间科学规划提供决策支持.同时,结合国土空间规划基础地理信息数据库建设、国土空间规划编制与双评估应用、国土规划空间研究与不同行政级别统筹管理、国土空间规划管控等提出了具体的应用场景与应用流程,助力统一的空间基础服务平台构建,全面落实城乡统筹发展的要求.
Abstract
This paper discusses the overall requirements of territorial spatial planning and the functions and roles of GIS technology in territorial spatial planning in detail,and points out that GIS technology can strengthen the management of territorial spatial resources,provide visual analysis of territorial spatial planning,and provide decision support for scientific territorial spatial planning.At the same time,specific application scenarios and application processes are proposed in combination with the construction of basic geographic information database for territorial spatial planning,compilation and dual-evaluation application of territorial spatial planning,spatial research of territorial planning and overall management at different administrative levels,and territorial spatial planning control,etc.,so as to help build a unified spatial basic service platform and fully implement the requirements of overall urban and rural development.
