特大城市城郊融合型村落有机更新策略研究——以广州市大源村为例
Research on the Organic Renewal Strategy of Suburban Integrated Villages in Megacities——Taking Dayuan Village in Guangzhou City as an Example

文章以广州市大源村为例,摒除原先城中村改造"聚焦建设空间的拆除重建",转向"面向全域空间的精细化综合整治",通过空间升级、生态修复、城市微更新、以党建为引领的综合治理四大策略,推动大源村三生空间协调发展,居民获得感、幸福感、安全感切实增强.
Abstract
Taking Dayuan Village in Guangzhou City as an example,this paper abandons the original transformation of urban villages from"focusing on demolition and reconstruction of construction space"to"refined and comprehensive regulation of global space",promotes the coordinated development of ecological-living-ecological space in Dayuan Village through four strategies:spatial upgrading,ecological restoration,urban micro-renewal,and comprehensive governance led by party building,and effectively enhances residents'sense of gain,happiness,and security.
