魅力新村背景下乡村规划应对策略及功能重构适应路径研究

为了适应新型城镇化的发展战略,乡村规划设计成为城镇化转型背景下的关键任务.研究以莆田市涵江区某村庄为例,展开了乡村规划策略及功能重构适应路径研究.分析结果表明,研究设计的规划策略在社会经济发展、资源环境约束以及乡村生活品质三个层面上对乡村的规划成效明显,资源环境约束二级指标平均评分达到了93.36.但该村庄的基础设施与服务设施的配备与规划还需进一步优化.研究有助于推动城乡协调发展,优化城乡空间布局.
Abstract
In order to adapt to the development strategy of new urbanization,rural planning and design has become a key task under the background of urbanization transformation.Taking a village in Hanjiang District of Putian City as the landing point,the study carries out the research on the rural planning strategy and the adaptive path of functional reconstruction.The analysis results show that the planning strategy of the research and design has obvious effect on the rural planning in the three levels of social and economic development,resource and environmental constraints and rural life quality,and the average score of the secondary indicators of resource and environmental constraints has reached 93.36.However,the configuration and planning of the village's infrastructure and service facilities need to be further optimized.The research will help promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and optimize the spatial layout of urban and rural areas.
