Reflection on Enhancing Urban and Rural Resilience through the Construction of Civil Air Defense Facilities
With the promotion of China's rural revitalization strategy,the integration of urban and rural development has become inevitable,and the concept of resilient urban and rural areas has gradually formed.The construction of urban civil air defense projects has achieved remarkable results and played a prominent role in enhancing urban resilience.However,rural civil air defense facilities have just begun,and there is still a gap in the integrated construction of urban and rural civil air defense and disaster prevention.Based on the development background of the new era,this paper analyzes the necessity and trend requirements of resilience construction.Through exploring the path of resilience construction of civil air defense facilities,it provides reference and support for improving the civil air defense system and building resilient urban and rural areas.
