国土空间规划背景下的城郊融合型村庄规划编制探索

城郊融合型村庄因为特殊的地理位置呈现出生活方式城市化和生活习惯乡土化城乡二元特征,所以城郊融合型村庄是城市形态和乡村聚落融合的重要载体,是推动城镇化发展建设的重点研究区域.文章主要通过案例分析了城郊融合型村庄规划编制的窘境,并在国土空间规划目标下提出了村庄规划建设的细则,针对不同规划主体提出了不同的成果体系.
Abstract
Because of its special geographical location,suburban integrated village presents the dual characteristics of urbanization of life style and rural living habits.Therefore,suburban integrated village is an important carrier of urban form and rural settlement integration,and a key research area to promote urbanization development and construction.This paper mainly analyzes the predicament of planning and preparation of suburban integrated villages through cases,and puts forward the detailed rules of village planning and construction under the objective of territorial space planning,and puts forward different result systems for different planning subjects.
