Exploration of the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Cost Management of High Speed Railway Station Building Projects
The High-speed railway station project has its own characteristics and higher requirements for the organization and management of construction technology.The application of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering is becoming more and more mature,and it is necessary and feasible to apply it to the construction cost management of high-speed railway station project.This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the construction cost management of high-speed railway station housing project.On the basis of clarifying the characteristics and construction cost management process of the high-speed railway station housing project,this paper analyzes the key points of construction cost management based on BIM technology from the main aspects of cost planning,cost control,cost accounting and analysis,and expounds that the application of BIM technology to construction cost management is conducive to improving the level of cost planning,improving the effect of cost control,improving the quality of cost accounting,cost analysis and cost assessment,and reducing the waste of resources and capital loss.
