摘要
装配式建筑的兴起犹如长河里的滚滚浪潮,不断推动着建筑行业向前飞速发展,尤其是近年来,BIM技术在建筑行业里的运用把我国的建筑设计提高到了一个全新层次.装配式建筑工程有着施工便捷、周期短,施工过程绿色环保等显著优势,但仍需在进行工程施工前做好设计工作,才能确保施工过程不会引起返工,从而实现良好的施工质量.文章针对BIM技术进行了分析和研究,重点讲述BIM技术在装配式建筑设计过程中的应用要点,以助力提高装配式建筑设计的质量和效果,以及保证工程施工进度和工程施工质量.
Abstract
The rise of prefabricated building is like a rolling wave in the long river,which constantly promotes the rapid development of the construction industry.Especially in recent years,the application of BIM technology in the construction industry has raised the architectural design of our country to a new level.The prefabricated building project has obvious advantages such as convenient construction,short construction period,green and environmental protection in the construction process,but it is still necessary to do a good job of design work before construction to ensure that the construction process will not cause rework,so as to achieve good construction quality.This paper analyzes and studies BIM technology,focusing on the application points of BIM technology in the design process of prefabricated building,in order to assist to improve the quality and effect of prefabricated building design,and ensure the construction progress and quality of the project.
