Construction and Application of a Refined Digital Model for Railway Simply Supported Beams
In recent years, with the widespread application of BIM technology in the railway industry,a series of BIM application standards have been introduced, and multiple projects have carried out pilot applications of BIM technology. However, there is still insufficient research on the construction and application of refined models for railway conventional simply supported beams based on moderate parameterization.Based on this current situation, this article elaborates in detail on the construction of a digital model of railway simply supported box girder from three levels:concrete, prestressing, and ordinary steel reinforcement, driven by parameters that conform to design habits, and conducts in-depth design application research. The results show that by reasonably splitting the design data and using the Boolean combination of the models in space,a refined digital model of railway simply supported beams can be quickly constructed to meet the requirements for deepening the design.Based on this model, optimizing the arrangement of steel bars in simply supported beams can reduce the interference of steel bar construction and binding, and improve construction efficiency. The study provides a reference for the effective service of digital models in construction.
