在绿色节能背景下,公路桥梁工程施工逐渐向绿色化、信息化的方向发展,通过先进技术设备应用,优化调整施工工艺流程,实现更好的经济效益、社会效益、环保效益。文章研究了绿色节能背景下公路桥梁工程中现浇箱梁施工技术,在掌握几种常见施工技术特点的基础上,优化施工方案设计,从源头上解决高能耗、高污染问题。同时从施工准备工作、移动模架系统安装、钢筋工程施工、混凝土工程施工、预应力张拉施工等方面出发,分析了基于绿色节能理念的现浇箱梁施工技术应用要点,为具体施工提供参考。
Study on Construction Technology of Cast-in-place Box Girder in Highway Bridge Engineering Under the Background of Green Energy Saving
Under the background of green energy-saving,the construction of highway and bridge engineering is gradually developing in the direction of greening and informatization.By applying advanced technology and equipment,the construction process is optimized and adjusted to achieve better economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits.In this paper,the construction technology of cast-in-place box girder in highway bridge engineering under the background of green energy saving is studied.On the basis of mastering the characteristics of several common construction technologies,the construction scheme design is optimized to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high pollution from the source.At the same time,the application points of cast-in-place box girder construction technology based on the concept of green energy saving are analyzed from the aspects of construction preparation,installation of movable formwork system,steel bar engineering construction,concrete engineering construction and prestressed tensioning construction,which provide reference for specific construction.
