摘要
文章分析了工程造价管理在绿色节能建筑中应用的重要性,指出了当前绿色节能建筑造价管理中存在的诸如政策法规不健全、造价管理环节缺位、造价技术人员专业性不够等问题.文章针对绿色节能建筑投资决策、招标、设计、施工全过程,提出造价管理策略与实施要点,并分析了如何提升建筑工程预算评估与工程量测算的精准度,以助力绿色节能建筑工程经济效益提升及资源节约型与环境友好型社会建设.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the importance of the application of project cost management in green energy-saving buildings,and points out the problems existing in the current green energy-saving building cost management,such as imperfect policies and regulations,the absence of cost management links,and insufficient professionalism of cost technicians.Aiming at the whole process of green energy-saving building investment decision-making,bidding,design and construction,this paper puts forward the cost management strategy and implementation points,and analyzes how to improve the accuracy of construction project budget assessment and engineering volume calculation,so as to help green energy-saving building projects to improve economic benefits,and construct the resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
