浅析BIM+装配式在设备机房的应用研究

目前建筑业已经远离高速增长时代,建筑企业人工成本越来越高,装配式能够有效降低施工成本、提高工程质量、降低施工周期,是建筑业重要的转型方式。BIM技术的推广应用,为机电装配式提供可行的技术平台,但在实施过程中也遇到很多问题,如安装效率低、沟通协调周期长等问题。文章根据BIM+装配式在机房安装实际施工中发现的问题,探讨分析BIM+装配式模式在机房安装应用中的现状,并提出实现该应用的可行性建议。
Analysis on the Application of BIM+Assembly in Equipment Room
At present,the construction industry has been far away from the era of rapid growth,and the labor cost of construction enterprises is getting higher and higher.Prefabricated construction can effectively reduce construction costs,improve project quality,and reduce construction cycles,which is an important transformation mode of the construction industry.The popularization and application of BIM technology provides a feasible technical platform for the electromechanical assembly type.However,there are also many problems in the implementation process,such as low installation efficiency and long communication and coordination cycles.According to the problems found in the actual construction of BIM+assembly in the installation of equipment room,this paper discusses and analyzes the current situation of BIM+assembly mode in the installation and application of equipment room,and puts forward feasible suggestions to realize this application.
