智慧社区是通过运用信息通信技术,有效整合各类社区管理系统,推动社区管理和服务精细化,提升社区管理和服务水平,实现可持续发展的商品房住宅小区.文章研究了方程地产上海地区商品房住宅智慧社区建设标准,从发展情况和现行标准两方面出发,对建设路径、标准制定、标准实践、标准完善等方面的内容进行了探讨.在理论分析的基础上,积极探索实践经验,实现理论与实践的高度融合,提高建设标准制定的科学性、合理性、可行性.
Abstract
Smart communities are commercial residential communities that effectively integrate various community management systems through the use of information and communication technology,promote the refinement of community management and services,improve the level of community management and services,and achieve sustainable development.The paper studies the construction standards of smart communities for commercial housing in the Shanghai area of Fangcheng Real Estate.Starting from the development situation and current standards,it explores the construction path,standard formulation,standard practice,standard improvement and other aspects.On the basis of theoretical analysis,practical experience is actively explored to achieve a high degree of integration of theory and practice,improve the scientificity,rationality,and feasibility of formulating construction standards.
