文章研究了城市轨道交通智慧运营与应急指挥平台应用,在明确平台建设主要内容的基础上,从线网综合监视、设备运维管理、应急调度指挥等方面出发,分析了智慧运维与应急指挥平台的具体功能和应用要点,强调了应急预案管理、应急资源管理、应急指挥管理、风险隐患管理等方面在应急事件处置上的重要作用.
Abstract
The paper studies the application of smart operation and emergency command platform for urban rail transit.Based on the clear understanding of the main content of platform construction,it analyzes the specific functions and application points of smart operation and emergency command platform from the aspects of comprehensive monitoring of line network,equipment operation and maintenance management,emergency dispatch and command,etc.It emphasizes the important role of emergency plan management,emergency resource management,emergency command management,risk and hidden danger management in emergency event disposal.
