Progress and Prospect of Green and Intelligent Manufacturing in the Pre-iron Process of Iron and Steel Metallurgy Process
A series of concepts such as"carbon peak"and"carbon neutrality"are proposed to promote the green and intelligent manufacturing upgrading of the steel industry.In the production process of iron and steel metallurgy,the front-end process of iron needs to consume a lot of energy.Accelerating the research of green and intelligent manufacturing of iron front-end process of iron and steel metallurgy process is in line with the requirements of sustainable development strategy.This paper studies the progress and prospect of green intelligent manufacturing of iron preprocess in iron and steel metallurgy process.On the basis of mastering the concepts of iron preprocess and low-carbon metallurgy technology,the key points of green intelligent manufacturing technology of iron preprocess in iron and steel metallurgy process are analyzed from the aspects of intelligent perception of operating state,intelligent control of operating parameters,intelligent optimization of operating performance and intelligent collaborative control of iron and steel metallurgy process.At the same time,it emphasizes the development prospect and direction of green intelligent manufacturing of iron preprocess in the iron and steel metallurgy process,which helps to improve the performance of the entire process of iron preprocess,and optimize the control of the of iron preprocess in the iron and steel metallurgy process.
