With the development of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated construction technology has been extended to the construction of equipment rooms.Combined with BIM technology,a factory prefabricated construction method for equipment rooms has been formed,which integrates design,production,and construction.It has achieved good economic value and social benefits in improving construction efficiency,quality,safety,and working environment.It is worth promoting and applying in the installation and construction of mechanical and electrical equipment rooms.
